Getting Started On Arialaba

Welcome to Arialaba, and thank you for joining our marketplace, this article will serve as a brief guide on how to get you started.

To Register: Go to “my account”. For smartphone users, move down the page to see the registration form then fill in your details in the form. For desktop user, fill in your details in the registration form.

Note: if  you are a vendor, select vendor, if you are a customer select customer, then finally click the register button.

After you have completed this, you’ll have to wait for maximum a day for your account to be reviewed by our quality assurance team before been accepted

Next You have to Subscribe

Arialaba supplier membershipWhen your account has been accepted, you must choose a subscription plan before moving forward with accessing the site features. We have free subscription and paid subscription, so you can feel free to choose any you see fit.

As mentioned above, we have:

  • Free Membership: Allows you to upload 5 products only with other additional features.
  • Silver Membership: Allows you to upload 10 products only with other additional features.
  • Gold membership: Offers you unlimited uploading of products with additional vendor beneficial features.

How to Subscribe

You will not be able to upload your product until you select a membership plan.

  1. Click on subscription from your account vendor dashboard.
  2. Select your preferred membership plan: if free membership, you can subscribe without paying, and if silver membership or gold membership, you’ll have to pay.

Note: when you click on the membership plans, you’ll wait for some minutes until its added to cart.  You’ll need to fill in your details as requested in the form. Click on the “terms and conditions” to read our them, and if you’re ok with it, you should click accept, then click on “place order”

Next: Setup Your Store

How To Set Up Your Store:

Go to your dashboard, click on setting ➞store ➞ edit ➞ then update your store.

How To Upload Products

Go to dashboard ➞ product ➞ Add new products ➞ upload pictures, fill in your required details, click on the “create product” button to create new product.

Update Your Shipping Settings

You must update your shipping settings for your store to enable your customers pay for your goods, the vendor sets suitable shipping rates per state in Nigeria for his products.

Go to my account, click on vendor dashboard ➞ settings ➞ shipping

Note: If you’re on smartphone, you need to click again on the menu to see “shipping” and other settings.

Also, please use the previous shipping method. See the second circled image below.

The Fields Explained

Enable shipping: By clicking on the box you can enable or disable shipping for your store.

Default Shipping Price: it is the base price and will be the starting shipping price for each product.

Per Product Additional Price: if a customer buys more than one type of product from your store, first product of every second type will be charged with this price.

Per Quantity Additional Price: every second product of same type will be charged with this price.

Processing Time: This is the time required before sending the product for delivery.

Shipping Policy: Your terms and conditions, and instructions about your shipping as a vendor.

Refund Policy: Your terms and conditions, instructions about refund of products.

Shipping From: This is the location from where the products are shipped for delivery, it is usually same as store.

After entering the details needed you can click on the save settings button to save your details.

Go to my account and click on vendor dashboard ➞ settings ➞  payment.

Fill in your details as requested by the form. Finally click on the “update settings” button to save your details and update your profile

Update Your Store Profile

Go to my account, click on vendor dashboard ➞ setting ➞ store. Fill in your details, you should upload a banner or picture of your store to help u gain profile presence and for people to see your store, after that you click on the “update settings” button to update and save your details.

Update Your Social Media Profile

Social profile helps you to gain more trust and better user interaction.

Go to my account, click on vendor dashboard ➞ settings ➞ social profile. Fill your details as requested the click on the “update settings” button to update and save your details.

How To Verify You Business/Store

Verifying your store will help customers to have more trust in you and all Gold members of our store is required to verify their identities.

Go to my account, click on vendor dashboard ➞ settings ➞ verification

ID verification: Go to  ID verification, click on the start verification button and fill in the details needed.

Address verification: When you are done with the ID verification, go to address verification click on the start verification button also fill in your details

Social profiles: Currently we don’t see the need verify your social media page, so we didn’t set any social app for it.
